Weapons Reviews(Weapons I have used)

Echo 1 M4 TSF

I was hoping that this gun would end up being all it said it was when I first ordered it, but I was pleased with the end results as of now. The clip was not shitty and prone to jamming, like the clip that came with the FN2000. Also, it had a good range and spread. I felt like the gun was better than the FN2000 with a price drawback, it costs 5o+ more dollars than the FN2000. Also, it looked much cooler and was not desert colored, for that was ridiculous. As for the build of the frame it was very sturdy, the only shitty part was the the front strap holder which broke off quickly.

Rating: 9.3

It was a great gun, I am very happy I purchased it. This along with the Echo 1 G36c made me consider Echo 1 as top airsoft brand for my price range.

Crosman Pulse R74 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r6yc9UxBLYo

The crosman R74 is a replicated MP5 airsoft AEG rifle that runs on .2g bbs. It is high quality despite the rumors the crosman has no quality weapons, the fact is that it has BOTH low and high quality weapons. Its FPS is 325, its range is atleast 30 yards, but it excels at Close Quarters Combat(CQC). Another amazing feature is the clip that holds 500 rounds. You do not reload often. It runs on an 8.4v Lithium battery that lasts through atleast 3 good battles if charged fully each time. The Hop-up is in a dumb place, just go to Youtube and find reviews and they show you.

Review: 9.2
For the positive it was a good deal for 125$. The only criticism is the hop-up is in a bad location and the battery can be annoying to insert. A positive is that it is easy to aim in a mask. It is not great at long range but what do you expect from a short barreled MP5?

Foreign Legion's Famas http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XK3b7GrJce0

The Famas is the only Famas present in the photograph. Its FPS is 310 and it runs on .2g bbs. It is the most accurate spring rifle I have ever used, but I have not used expensive ones. Its price is 40$ on amazon.com, without shipping. Its magazine capacity is 45 rounds. Its range is approximately 30 yards without strong wind. It comes with a manual loader(tube and rod), so I would reccomend a speed-loader. It seems that is manufactured well so far. If you get this rifle, make sure you have a good sidearm for close-quarters. Also there is a cheaper version of this rifle that is clear and goes like 5 fps lower, but that sucks.

The Only Criticism is the loader and difficulty to aim in a full mask, overall a GREAT deal. This gun is no longer working because of MY fault. I got sand in the spring and it did not work any more, it is in my small airsoft graveyard.

Smith & Wesson M4505 Spring Pistol http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vl2IKZjcmMQ

This pistol is a good deal for the money. On the right-away it has a high FPS at 315(.12g) for a cheap weapon, 35$ with 2 clips and sticky ammo catching target. The clip capacity is 12 rounds, but it comes with 2 and is easy to reload even without a speed-loader. Its accuracy is modest, at close range it is fantastic, but at long range the bb's will curve quite a bit. It is reliable and manufactured realistically.

Rating: 9.0
For starters, this weapon is cheap and available at your local Dick's sporting goods for only 35$. It can use .2 or .12, but with .2g the increased accuracy is worth the decreased range and power. The only bad thing is the clip may jam in the gun, which may force you to surrender and fix the problem. P.S-No Hop-Up

Firepower FP8

This FP8 is an XM8 based airsoft spring rifle. It is not very accurate with .12's or the .15's it comes with. It goes 300+ FPS(.12g) according to the box, but I would say around 310FPS with good accuracy (only with .2's). It is manufactured sturdy but with some bad materials and some bad features. To start with the clips are absolute shit. Secondly the excess bb's left behind when removing the clip, can fall into the hollow, unsealed off handle, making a loud, annoying rattling noise, which could give away your position. It is easy to aim with your full mask on, which is a plus.
The price was $50 and included a speed-loader, two 50 round clips, and a useless stand(should be removed decreased weight and increased comfort). It has adjustable hop-up.

Rating: 7.5
It is a decent gun, but is made of cheap materials. It seems like it would break in a few months completely. It has a good hop-up, nice and easy to find, a good sight, but the clips are bad(but with good capacity). The shooting has mixed results, it has a good range, but the shots stray too often, but each gun appears to shoot like a different model. The colors not bad for sandy areas. Overall its a average gun, plus a speed-loader. Its not as accurate as the Famas I own, I wouldnt buy it. As for reliability and quality, its a gamble, it can be good, but its a 50-50 chance. Overall its not a consistenst or worthy buy.

M47 Shotgun

This gun pretty much sucks. The bb's curve alot, so its not very accurate. It has a small clip for a sprong rifle with easy cocking like all shotguns do. Its aiming is horrible, further adding to the innacurracy. Not worth the money. I would rather have M4505 pistol than this.

Rating: 6.5
Its ok, but dont buy it. Its not accuarate, its nothing great.

Double M82 Airsoft AEG

This was a mediocre low quality AEG. It was my first gun, it went only 240FPS. Its range was only like 10feet away. It ran on .12g bb's and came with only 1 45 round clip. It came with a bunch of useless BS accessories that added only weight. I discourage you to buy this gun.

Rating: 5.0
This gun only gets a 6 for the low cost. Its a piece of shit, thats the bottom line.

Colt Double Eagle Spring Pistol

This gun is not bad. It is a decent weapon. It is a cheap pistol manufactured by a chinese company called Double Eagle. It goes 315FPS, and is moderately accurate. It runs on .12's, but should use .2g bb's. If you want a pistol, I would go for the S&W M4505 spring Pistol discussed above. Also the materials are low quality. Clear plastic.

Rating: 8.5

This gun is just above average. Nothing bad, nothing special on the other hand.

Firepower Colt Delta Elite Spring Pistol

This is an accurate pistol, its a realistic weight and looks pretty nice. Its a fair price, online it costs 25$+shipping. It goes 307FPS, its spring powered, and it feels sturdy. The one my friend has has not broken yet.

Rating: 9.0
This guns a good price, good shooting, a good gun to consider when looking for a spring pistol.

Firepower CO2 Pistol

This gun is a good pistol built out of metal and ABS platic, which is used on some real weapons. It shoots 350FPS with .12g pellets and probably between 310 and 315FPS with .2g pellets. It has a decent clip capacity for a pistol, it holds 15 pellets aproximately. It gets over 100 shots with a CO2 cartridge.

Rating: 9.0

It could be a little more consistent shooting, but its still pretty good. It was a little too pricy. You gotta remember it is a sidearm not a primary.

Airsoft AK47

I think it might be a CYMA but I am not sure as it does not indicate on the box. It is a good gun for long range for a 330FPS AEG. It has a long barrel, aproximately a foot long. I was 140$, but may be cheaper online. It has a moderate clip size of about 200 rounds, which is definately enough. It has some metal parts and a great wood finish. The strap it comes with is useless for this weapon, but works great for my Pulse R74, for now atleast.

Rating: 9.5

It is a good gun, the feeding occasionally goes out of wack. Also the gun is made out of good materials but is kinda creaky which is annoying. The strap mounts dont seem to be fit to hold the weight of the gun, maybe thats just me.

CYMA G36c

I personally am not thrilled with this weapon and would not have bought it. It looks cool ok, but is made out of cheap materials, and is extremely weak. It is only decent at extremely close range.

Rating: 5.0

CYMA M3 Shotgun package.

This gun was for starters cheap as hell. Secondly it has about as good shooting as an airsoft pistol, but could shoot multiple rounds. I think that it is decent shooting with a nice gravity feed loader. It came with a pistol that was so shitty it never could fire, so dont even use it as sidearm.

Rating: 8.0

Although it is as good as a pistol at shooting you expect more from a rifle, but not a bad deal for the price.

JLS FN2000

Review: This gun is a solid weapon atleast externally. I did not see any low quality features other than hop-up, which was not only a bad adjustor, but did little as well. For the positive features, it has a metal (although somewhat bad metal) magazine but this is not a big deal and it still beats ABS.

Rating: 9.0

The clip this thing came with on the model I have seen was a piece of shit, but it gets the job done, but with more of a hastle. It is indeed a good AEG, It was a great price for 100$(without shipping or tax). The only other minor negative is that whenever a full auto burst is fired a bb will almost always immediately roll out of the barrel. All of these problems are minor, this gun is a beast. Now, it seems like a 9.0 is kinda bad, but for range of 330-360, it is average 340, which is not quite as good.
